"What we had was real." - |[SPOBY]|

         Spoby (Spencer Hastings and Toby Cavanaugh) from ABC Family's hit TV drama, Pretty Little Liars or as I like to call it, 'Pretty Same Shit Every Episode.' I suppose one could say Spoby is my ghost ship because I will only ship it prior to the big reveal that was him being A (Yes it shocked even me!) Lets's talk about the beauty of this ship.
        So I have this weird thing in my head where I just HAVE to see people who hate each other start loving each other which was why I originally started to ship Spoby. Spencer pretty much despised Toby and I was okay with that because love and hate are opposite sides of the same coin.  I remember when Spencer would speak all kinds of crap about Toby and you just knew the writers were planning something for them because no one hates someone that  much without wanting some dick game as well. Slowly they eventually start working together and then we see Toby showing moments where he truly cared for Spencer, cue motel half naked, Toby scene (JFC Teegan can you not with your abs?) and then the big kiss and you knew Spoby was in your heart.

Now you're all wondering, why Nicki? Why would you abandon such a chemistry filled ship? Well, let me tell you why. I don't give a rat's ass about whoever says that Toby being a part of the A team was to save Spencer and her friends because nothing about that made sense to me. How are you going to tell me that it was okay for him to torture and terrorize Spencer as well as her family and friends? 

Spencer is my baby and that completely ruined her. I do not approve. My baby went into the fucking psychiatric ward! Nothing will ever get me to ship Spoby sans season three. I can't and I won't. I mean, just look at the video below:

Nope. Nope. No. I'd sooner ship her with pervy Wren than with Toby ever again, I just can't.

Overall, Spoby is one of the better ships on the show because you guys don't even want me to go in on the shipwreck that is Paily (Paige and Emily) I dub thee the anti-christ ship. A piece of my shipper heart will forever belong to Spoby.
